I have worked professionally with many contractors and have had several home renovations completed over the years and I am most impressed with Priority Home. Matt was very responsive and communicative the entire time. The crew was fabulous. They showed up each day on time and prepared. The workspace was always organized and neat. They made sure we were happy with placement, setup, and appearance of everything along the way. They are very knowledgeable and were able to move plumbing and electrical as needed and it was never a major ordeal for them to do so. I could go on and on at what a great job they did and words still won’t express how pleased I am. The completed bathroom has exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier!​

Had to add a more recent review since so many of their reviews were older…Matt and his team are so wonderful and I couldn’t have gotten luckier with choosing a contractor! I had an addition demo/rebuild, door install (replaced window), new kitchen, and new basement flooring. There were quite a few hiccups along the way as is normal with owning an older home, but they were absolutely amazing and helping come up with solutions that fit within my budget. I couldn’t be happier with the worst they did, and will always use them for my future projects!

I HIGHLY recommend Priority Home Repairs and Renovations. Matt (owner) and his team have been incredible with everything we have needed. Their work, professionalism, communication, and fair pricing is second to none. One quick example…we were out to dinner last year during an unusually heavy rain storm. We came home to a flooded basement. I texted Matt that night and he called right away. By 8:00 the next morning Matt was here and had all the carpet taken out to avoid any mold issues…and had the sump pump replaced by early afternoon as we were supposed to get more rain. That’s just one example. You will not be disappointed by contacting them for your next repair/renovation.
